Top Ten North East Wedding Venues
My Top Wedding Venues In The North East Of England | Aaron Jeffels Photography
Over the last few years as a wedding photographer, I have travelled around the North East of England and photographed in some genuinely magnificent wedding venues.
When I was thinking about putting this list together as a little helper for couples, I wanted to put together a list not just on popularity but on what I believe makes a venue an excellent wedding venue.
I wanted to build this list not just on popularity but overall quality.
What makes a good northeast wedding venue?
It's a tricky question! You shouldn't just book a venue on its looks. I have been to some beautiful wedding venues in the North East, but little things like service or quality of food let them down and when you are paying good money for your special day, you expect it to be right.
One tip is to ask your wedding photographer what they think of your wedding venue and try to get an honest opinion.
They should be able to tell you if it is suitable for wedding photographs and if not, if is there somewhere close to go and get all-important pictures if possible. Try to think about light, the backdrop and what time of year you are getting married. These all play a huge part in wedding photography.
Your wedding photos are the only part of your wedding day that will last, make sure you get them right.
So with all that in mind, here are my top wedding venues in the North East. This list is in no particular order.
